Our Repair Process:

Follow along with the process we take to get Customer Vehicles Repaired.

Step 1: Dis-Assembly & Digital Assesment

We Asses the damage and  disassemble the damaged area of your vehicle.  We Identify the Parts that are still usable, they are  are cleaned and placed in storage for later use.Any new parts that are needed are sourced from the OEM or 3rd Party. They are added to the assessment for the next step in the process. →

Step 2: Estimate Quotation Preperation

We prepare an Estimate Quotation based on the Assessment conducted. Any additional damage may become visible that wasn’t apparent at the time of assessment. We get estimates for these additional parts and submit them for approval. →

Step 3: Panel Beating / Mechanical Repairs

And the Work begins. All Structural and Mechanical Repairs are conducted by our Team of Qualified Journeyman.Utilizing specialized manufacture’s approval equipment such as Car – O- liner, Car - O – Tronic to repair vehicles back to manufactures specification.Giving you best quality workmanship. →

Step 4: Third-party service provider "Outwork"

In some cases, we may find that there is damage to your vehicle that we are not qualified to repair i.e. engine repairs, repairs to mag wheels, Glass fitting etc.In this case, your vehicle will be sent to specialists for the repairs to be done. We oversee and manage this entire process to provide you with convenience. →

Step 5: Surface Preperation & Painting

Once your vehicles structural and mechanical repairs have been completed we prep your vehicle for paint.We utilize an  Aero – O – Prep bay equipment with the new technology of dry flatting machines to ensure dust free environment and quick time base production. We utilize an Aero – O – Cure equipped with paint baking facility for excellent and best quality paint finish , to enable a quick time base. →

Step 6: Assembly

Trained and qualified technicians re-assemble your vehicle using genuine replacement parts to complete your vehicle to original specs. Trained technicians also available to repair auto air conditioners and re-gassing.All relevant safety checks and diagnostics are performed to ensure precision workmanship and vehicle safety. →

Step 7: Cleaning, Polishing & Detailing

We clean your vehicle, Inside and out, We polish all repaired panels to give your repaired vehicle a brilliant shine and Detailed Finish. →

Step 8: Quality Control Checks

Every repair is different. Repair times are dependent on the extent of damage to your vehicle and the availability of replacement parts. Duration estimates on simple repairs can take 1 - 3 days; more complex and complicated repairs take much longer.
